On September 28, 2023, Professor, Doctor of Law Tetyana Anatoliivna Kobzieva took part in the panel discussion “Mediation and courts: the future of consensual procedures in civil proceedings.” The panel discussion was held within the VII Kharkiv International Legal Forum and became a platform for discussion of national and foreign experience of integration of mediation into civil justice in the context of models of judicial and judicial mediation, practices of mandatory mediation, introduction of registers of mediators, procedural features of integration of mediation into civil justice, features of mediation in certain categories of disputes, etc.
Separately, within the framework of the panel discussion, there was a discussion on the topic “Professional standards of a mediator”. Representatives of state bodies, scientists and practicing mediators joined the discussion.
