DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW OF THE INSTITUTE OF LAW

The department of the institute maintains business relations with colleagues from near and far abroad. The teaching staff, along with students, takes an active part in international scientific and practical conferences, foreign publications publish abstracts and scientific articles.

Teachers and students take part in international conferences with the publication of abstracts and obtaining relevant certificates.

Leading active cooperation with universities. Blacksmith Brave (Bulgaria) and Ondokuz Mais (Turkey). The result of the cooperation was the signing of cooperation agreements and the submission of joint applications for the Erasmus + KA1 grant program.

Teachers of the department take an active part in international conferences and advanced training programs in Bulgaria, Italy, Croatia, Poland, Sweden, Turkey.

The graduate student of the department became the winner of the National Scholarship Program of the Slovak Republic and underwent an internship at the University. Comenius

Graduate students of the department in 2022 were trained at the European Humanities University under the academic mobility program “International Law and European Union Law”

On March 21, 2022, students and graduate students attended an open lecture by the EU Special Representative for Moldova Dr. Kalman Mizsei. “Current State of the Rule of Law in the Eastern Partnership countries” (“Current state of the rule of law in the Eastern Partnership countries”), which was conducted in English.

A graduate student of the department and a fourth-year student during the autumn semester (September – February) 2021-2022 academic year were trained under the academic mobility program Erasmus +. at the University of Foggia, Italy.  

In 2019, graduate students of the department took part in the 7th “Interdisciplinary-Multicultural-International” training, organized by the Baltic University Program on the basis of the Łód (Technical University (Rogow, Poland) at the expense of grant funds.

The graduate student of the department took part in the international project “CIRI – cooperation on improvement of refugees’ integration” under the Erasmus + program. in Ioannina, Greece.

As part of the Erasmus + program, students studied for one semester at the universities of Italy (Foggia) and Lithuania (Vytautas Magnus University).

Thanks to close cooperation with Varna Free University (Varna, Bulgaria), new opportunities have opened up for students. Thus, in 2022, 10 students studied at a summer school at Varna Free University (Varna, Bulgaria). Master’s students study under the “double diploma” program.
