Sumy, Ukraine The aim of the conference is to discuss current issues and find solutions in the period of reforming the legal system in the context of European integration processes. Directions of the conference: Section 1. History and theory of state and law, philosophy of law. Section 2. Constitutional law, municipal law. Section 3. International public law and private international law. Section 4. Environmental law, land law, agrarian law. Section 5. Civil law and procedure. Section 6. Commercial law and procedure. Section 7. Family law, housing law. Section 8. Labor law, social security law. Section 9. Administrative law and procedure, financial law, information law. Section 10. Criminal law, criminal executive law, criminology. Section 11. Criminal procedure, criminology. Section 12. Intellectual property. Official languages of the conference: Ukrainian, English. Forms of conference: distance, extramural. Submission procedure: Persons interested in joining the VI International Scientific and Practical On-line Conference should take following steps before May 22, 2024 (inclusively):
- fill in a participation form;
- send to sumdu@gmail.com a filled participation form and abstracts.
The names of the files must be signed according to the surname and initials of the conference participant and must contain the title of the document in the second part (for example, Semchenko_ST_Participation_Form, Semchenko_ST_Abstarct). The collection of abstracts of the conference will be sent to the conference participants to the e-mail address specified in the participation form within a month after the conference. No more than 3 report abstracts are accepted from one conference participant (including those under scientific supervision). Participation in the Conference is free of charge. Requirements for abstracts: volume – 3-5 pages (inclusively), А-4 format, font – Times New Roman, font size – 12, line spacing – 1,5, margins: top and bottom – 2 cm, right – 1,5 cm and left – 3 cm; paragraph identification – 1,25 cm, width alignment; abstracts are not subject to additional editing, so they must be carefully checked by the author.
