Speaker: Professor, Dr Ulvia Sanili Aydin. Dokuz Eylul University, Faculty of Business, Department of International Trade and Business (Turkey). The lecture will be conducted in English, which will allow participants to gain valuable experience in international communication and discussion. During the lecture, the speaker will address the complex issues of qualification of war crimes, mechanisms of international criminal liability and current challenges in the field of international humanitarian law.
