DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW OF THE INSTITUTE OF LAW

Sumy State University recently hosted an Open Day, during which the Academic and Research Institute of Law presented its five specialties. Each specialty offered engaging activities that allowed prospective students to delve into the academic experience and feel what it’s like to be a student.

The Department of Administrative and Business Law and Financial and Economic Security organized an interactive emoji-quiz as part of the “Law” specialty. This quiz not only tested prospective students’ knowledge in the field of jurisprudence but also encouraged them to participate in a fun and creative way, exploring the basics of law. Participants solved legal problems, showcasing their skills across various branches of law, from criminal to civil.

Prospective students and their parents eagerly participated in all activities, collecting tokens for successfully completed tasks. At the end of the event, these tokens could be exchanged for university souvenirs, providing a pleasant reward for their efforts.

The Open Day not only familiarized participants with the institute’s academic programs but also gave them a first-hand experience of the unique learning atmosphere at SumDU’s Institute of Law.
