My name is Sofiia, and I am a second-year student majoring in Law. Even back in high school, I knew I wanted to connect my future with the legal field. I have always been fascinated by how the law functions, how one can protect themselves or others, and what justice looks like in practice—not just on paper. Therefore, when the time came to choose a specialty, I had little to no doubt about my decision.
Now, after two years of studying, I can honestly say I have never regretted my choice. The lecturers do much more than just deliver material from textbooks—they strive to present it in an engaging and accessible manner. During our seminars, we regularly hold debates, simulate court proceedings, and analyze real-life legal situations. This practical and interactive approach is far more captivating than rote memorization, and it truly draws you in.
In addition to regular classes, we frequently participate in webinars, workshops, and meetings with practicing lawyers. These are not held simply for formality—they provide meaningful opportunities to deepen our understanding of the legal profession and learn from experienced practitioners.
Since my first year, I have been an active student, taking part in nearly all extracurricular events organized by the institute. Student life here is dynamic and inspiring—surrounded by motivated peers, supportive lecturers, and a student council and administration that are always in touch and ready to help.
I am genuinely happy that I chose this university and this particular field of study. Here, you don’t just learn—you grow, receive support, and become part of a vibrant and truly meaningful student community.
