On October 2, 2025, an online meeting was held for students of the 081 “Law” specialty at Sumy State University with representatives of the Sumy Regional Employment Center.
The speaker of the event was Viktoriia Prokopenko, Head of the Career Guidance Department of the Sumy Regional Employment Center.
During the meeting, bachelor’s (4th year) and master’s (1st–2nd year) students learned about:
– current trends and the state of the legal labor market in the Sumy region;
– effective tools for finding the first job in the field of law;
– opportunities to receive microgrants for starting a private legal practice;
– advantages of voucher-based training programs for professional development;
– practical advice on cooperation with employers and building a professional image of a lawyer.
The event had a practical focus and helped students better understand the realities of the legal labor market and the prospects for career growth. Participants actively asked questions and received individual recommendations and advice on building their professional path.
