On May 13, 2026, the Head of the Department of Administrative, Commercial Law, and Financial and Economic Security of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law, Oleksandr Vasylovych Ilchenko, together with student members of the public organization “Sparta – SumDU,” participated in a career guidance event for students of general secondary education institutions in the city of Sumy.
During the meeting, the school students had the opportunity to learn about the specifics of studying at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law, educational programs offered by the department, and prospects for professional development in the fields of law, public administration, and financial and economic security.
Special attention during the event was paid to issues of civic responsibility, legal culture of youth, and the importance of security training under modern conditions. Representatives of the public organization “Sparta – SumDU” demonstrated self-defense techniques and elements of teamwork to the students.
During the discussion, the students actively asked questions about the admission campaign, student life, participation in scientific and public activities, as well as opportunities for self-realization within the university environment.
