Professor of the AHPFEB Department Tetiana Kobzieva took part in a guest lecture titled “Administrative Law Facing Current Challenges” (Il diritto amministrativo di fronte alle sfide attuali), held at the University of Udine (Italy). The academic event was organized by Professor Elena D’Orlando.
The main speaker was Diana-Urania Galetta, a professor at the University of Milan. During the meeting, participants discussed pressing issues of digitalization and the integration of artificial intelligence into public administration. Special attention was given to finding a balance and defining the fine line between algorithmic decisions and human reason in the legal sphere. These key aspects are thoroughly explored in Diana-Urania Galetta’s new work, Artificial Intelligence and Public Administration: A Journey.
