On February 13, 2023, a lecture on “Court decisions in administrative cases: concepts, types, requirements, content and procedure of adoption” was held at the Academic and Reasearch Institute of Law as part of the master’s study of the academic discipline “Modern problems of application of the practice of the ECHR by administrative courts” with the participation of judge-speaker of the Sumy Circuit Administrative Court Nataliya Valentinivna Savytska.
During the class, students of higher education not only got acquainted with the requirements, content, and order of decision-making by administrative courts, the features and use of the practice of the European Court of Human Rights when considering cases by the administrative court, the specifics of references to the specified practice in court decisions, but also received answers to questions their questions.
In addition, a discussion took place at the end of the lecture, in which the participants of the lecture took an active part.
