Senior Lecturer of the Department, Nadia Horobets, participated in the International and European Studies Week – Spring 2024 at the University of Cádiz (Spain) as part of the Erasmus+ programme. This event was aimed at discussing current issues of international and European law and promoting scientific collaboration among researchers from different countries. During the event, the lecturer addressed the issue of surrogacy in Ukraine and globally, as well as specific aspects of resolving surrogacy disputes by the European Court of Human Rights.
