“Features of Effective Judicial Communication and Case Consideration under Martial Law.”

During the lecture, Judge Savytska will share practical insights on establishing effective judicial communication, discuss ethical challenges faced by the judiciary during wartime, and highlight specific aspects of case proceedings under the conditions of martial law.

The event is held within the course “Modern Issues of Administrative Law and Procedure”, taught by Associate Professor Mariia Kolesnikova, and as part of the activities of the academic club “Modern Problems of Administrative Law and Procedure.”
