On February 27, 2026, representatives of the Academic and Research Institute of Law participated in the organization and conduct of Stage II of the All-Ukrainian Competition-Defense of Research Projects of the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (JASU) in the “Law” section.
A vital component of the professional evaluation of the research projects was the contribution of the Associate Professor from the Department of Administrative, Economic Law, and Financial-Economic Security:
-
Mariia Kolesnykova — PhD in Law, Associate Professor.
As part of the competition program, Mariia Kolesnykova participated in assessing students’ research on current issues regarding the transformation of Ukraine’s legal system, the protection of economic rights, and the improvement of public administration mechanisms. Particular attention was paid to the depth of the scientific inquiry, the young researchers’ ability to argue their positions, and their proficiency in public defense skills.
The participation of department faculty in such events is a traditional and significant aspect of career-guidance work. It fosters the development of legal culture among youth, promotes legal education, and supports gifted students who will become the foundation of Ukraine’s future legal community.
The staff of the Department of Administrative, Economic Law, and Financial-Economic Security congratulates the young scholars on the successful completion of this competition stage and expresses readiness for further fruitful cooperation with the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
