On April 1, 2025, a lecture on the course “Fundamentals of Operational and Investigative Activities” was held for second-year students of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law. The topic of the lecture was “Guarantees of Legality during the Conduct of Operational and Investigative Activities”, and it was led by the head of the department of AHPFEB, O.V. Ilchenko.
A practical specialist, Prosecutor of the Department of Supervision over Compliance with Laws by Territorial Police Units during Operational and Investigative Activities, Inquiry, Pre-Trial Investigation, and Public Prosecution Support, Serhiy Murashko, was invited to deliver the lecture. The speaker shared valuable experience regarding the control of legality during operational and investigative activities, as well as the importance of the prosecutor’s role in ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens during such operations.
Students had the opportunity to gain practical knowledge and discuss with the specialist current issues related to the interaction between police and prosecution authorities, as well as guarantees for ensuring legality in operational and investigative activities.
This event was an important step in the educational process, allowing students to deepen their understanding of the legal aspects of operational and investigative activities and acquire practical knowledge necessary for their future professional careers in the legal field.
