Maria Viktorivna Kolesnikova successfully completed the advanced training program “Preventing and Counteracting Bullying in Educational Institutions: New Realities of Martial Law”, implemented at Sumy State University on the basis of the Center for Human Resources Development.
The training took place from January 27 to January 30, 2026, and amounted to 1.0 ECTS credit (30 hours). The program covered relevant issues of bullying and cyberbullying under martial law, the legal framework for preventing violence in the educational environment, psychological and socio-pedagogical approaches to combating bullying, as well as the organization of support for students affected by war-related events.
As a result of the training, the participant enhanced her knowledge of effective communication methods, developed skills of ethical and socially responsible behavior, mastered action algorithms for identifying bullying, and improved competencies in planning educational and preventive measures aimed at counteracting bullying.
The completion of the advanced training program is confirmed by an official certificate issued by Sumy State University.
