DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW OF THE INSTITUTE OF LAW

From February 1 to March 1, 2025, Oleksandr Ilchenko, Head of the Department of Administrative, Economic Law, and Financial-Economic Security, undertook a research visit to the University of Liverpool (United Kingdom). The primary goal of this visit was to study modern legal approaches and innovative mechanisms for preventing and combating corruption in the customs sector.

During the visit, empirical data was collected, the university’s resource base was utilized, and discussions on pressing scientific issues were held with leading British scholars. These engagements helped identify shared research interests and laid the foundation for future international collaborative projects.

Additionally, Oleksandr Ilchenko actively participated in the academic life of the University of Liverpool by attending lectures, seminars, and workshops, as well as engaging in discussions on contemporary anti-corruption strategies. Furthermore, new professional connections were established, opening avenues for further cooperation in research and educational initiatives.
