DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW OF THE INSTITUTE OF LAW

From June 22 to July 15, 2025, Professor Oleksandr Ilchenko, Head of the Department of Administrative, Commercial Law and Financial-Economic Security, undertook a research visit to the University of Liverpool (United Kingdom). The purpose of the visit was to conduct a study of modern legal approaches and innovative practices in the field of preventing and combating corruption in the customs sector.

During the visit, the academic infrastructure of the University of Liverpool was actively utilized, empirical data was collected for future research and publications, and collaboration was initiated with leading university scholars. Shared scientific interests were identified, laying the groundwork for the implementation of future international research projects.

As part of the academic exchange, Professor Ilchenko attended lectures, seminars, and workshops focused on current trends in anti-corruption efforts, and actively participated in scholarly discussions. New professional connections established with researchers open up promising opportunities for further collaboration.

This research visit marked an important step in strengthening the department’s international ties and will contribute to the advancement of its academic, educational, and research activities.
