DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW OF THE INSTITUTE OF LAW

Nadiia Horobets, PhD in Law and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Administrative, Commercial Law, and Financial and Economic Security, has successfully completed the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching program. The mobility took place from March 16 to March 29 at Örebro University, one of Sweden’s most prominent higher education institutions.

Key Highlights of the Visit:

  • Teaching Excellence: During the mobility period, Dr. Horobets delivered a 16-hour series of lectures for Law students. Her sessions focused on contemporary legal frameworks and comparative jurisprudence, sparking engaging discussions among Swedish students and faculty members.

  • Scientific Collaboration: The program provided a platform for Dr. Horobets to present her latest research findings. Discussions focused on enhancing financial and economic security frameworks, fostering potential future joint research projects.

  • Professional Development: Beyond teaching, the visit facilitated a valuable exchange of pedagogical expertise, specifically focusing on Swedish interactive teaching methods and the integration of modern technology in legal education.

Upon the successful conclusion of the program, Nadiia Horobets was awarded an official certificate of completion. This international mission marks another milestone in fostering academic cooperation between the institutions and further integrating Ukrainian legal scholarship into the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).
