📌 State Registration Number: 0122U200748

The research was conducted under my scientific supervision and constituted a comprehensive academic study aimed at analyzing current challenges in the functioning of the justice system and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms within the context of European integration processes.

Within the framework of the project, an in-depth analysis was carried out regarding modern approaches to the application of mediation in public law, labor, commercial, financial, and tax legal relations, as well as problematic aspects of intellectual property rights protection. Particular attention was devoted to comparative legal research of the positive experience of the Member States of the European Union and the possibilities for its implementation in the Ukrainian legal system.

The results of the research have both theoretical and practical significance. They have been integrated into the educational process of the Department, particularly in the teaching of courses in administrative, commercial, and financial law, and have been used in the preparation of academic and methodological materials.

The key findings and conclusions of the project have been reflected in scholarly and academic-methodological publications authored by the Department’s faculty members, contributing to the development of national legal doctrine and strengthening the research component of academic training within the educational programs.

The successful completion of this research project confirms the systematic and strategically oriented scientific activity of the Department, its commitment to European legal standards, and the integration of research outcomes into the modern educational process.
