On 12 May 12 Tetiana Anatolyivna Kobzeva, professor of the Department of Administrative, Economic Law and Financial and Economic Security, presented the results of her scientific research at the international symposium, which was organized by the MCBÜ Center for Applied Research “Women and the Family” and Manisa Celal Bayar University, in the city of Manisa, Turkey.
The professor delivered a report on the topic: “The role of a female mediator in the process of resolving conflicts and disputes, innovative approaches in work, international legal standards of the mediation procedure.” During the report, it was emphasized that mediation is a special conflict resolution mechanism, which, if used correctly, can help to effectively and permanently settle this or that conflict.
In general, scientists from many countries, such as Spain, Sweden, Azerbaijan, Iran, Bulgaria, Albania, Nigeria, and Pakistan, participated in the work of the symposium with 47 reports.
