DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW OF THE INSTITUTE OF LAW

Integration into the European higher education and research area offers vital perspectives for enhancing legal studies and academic research. Nadiia Horobets, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Administrative, Commercial Law and Financial and Economic Security, has successfully completed an international academic and pedagogical internship at the European Institute of Innovative Development (Ostrava, Czech Republic).

The program, titled “Innovations in Law: The Experience of the Czech Republic” (180 hours / 6 ECTS credits), focused on key priorities in contemporary European jurisprudence and educational methodology, including:

  • implementing European standards in higher legal education and modernizing academic curricula;

  • practical dimensions of harmonizing domestic legislation with European Union law (Acquis Communautaire);

  • leveraging LegalTech solutions, workflow automation, and the digital transformation of justice;

  • expanding inter-institutional partnerships and fostering joint research projects.

The acquired expertise and best European practices will be integrated into the department’s educational courses, advancing teaching quality and strengthening international scientific cooperation. We congratulate Nadiia Horobets on this significant achievement and wish her continued success in her academic and research endeavors!
