Amidst active European integration processes and the comprehensive reform of Ukraine’s public sector, the search for new, effective tools for interaction between the state and entrepreneurs is coming to the forefront. Today, tax mediation is emerging as one of these key mechanisms.

Reflecting on the outcomes of the discussion, Professor Tetyana Kobzieva emphasized the strategic importance of implementing mediation procedures in the tax sector:

“Tax mediation is becoming a critically important tool for building a constructive dialogue between business and regulatory authorities. This is not just about optimizing the dispute resolution process; it is a clear testament to the evolution of our legal culture and the strengthening of mutual trust,” the scholar highlighted.

The Forum, co-organized by the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation, served as a powerful platform for professional discourse. The event brought together leading experts, practitioners, and scholars, laying a solid foundation for real institutional transformations within the Ukrainian legal system.

The participation of AHPFEB Department representatives in international events of such a high caliber once again confirms the active role of our academic community in shaping Ukraine’s modern legal framework and implementing innovative European practices.
