DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW OF THE INSTITUTE OF LAW

On May 28–29, 2026, Nadiia Horobets, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Administrative, Commercial Law and Financial and Economic Security, participated in the 2nd International NEOLAIA Conference, held at the University of Tours, France.

As part of the conference, which focused on issues of legal interpretation and legal education, Nadiia Horobets delivered a presentation entitled “Artificial Intelligence in Justice: Opportunities, Implementation Risks, and the Role of Humans” and joined scholarly discussions on contemporary legal challenges and the development of legal education in Europe.

The event brought together representatives of universities from France, Romania, Cyprus, Italy, Sweden, Germany, and Spain.

Participation in the conference provided an important opportunity for international academic exchange, professional development, and the strengthening of inter-university cooperation.
