On January 27, 2023, a scientific and practical round table was held on the basis of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law of Sumy State University on the topic: “Legal regulation of financial services: national, European, globalization dimensions.”
Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative, Economic Law and Financial and Economic Security Rudenko Lyudmila Dmitrivna presented the results of her research on the topic: “Regarding the jurisdictional form of protection against financial phishing”. During the report, issues related to the concept of phishing, its signs and types, as well as the algorithm of actions in the case of financial phishing were covered.
The event took place within the framework of the implementation of the project 619998-EPP-1-2020-1-UAEPPJMO-MODULE “European standards for the protection of the rights of consumers of financial services” under the Erasmus+ program directed by Jean Monet.
